Physiotherapy Open Sunday in Winnipeg: Weekend Hours

October 28, 2026•3 min read

Injuries rarely happen at a convenient time. A tweaked back from Saturday yard work or a rolled ankle at Sunday hockey can leave you wondering whether you have to wait until Monday. At Pro-Motion Physiotherapy in St. Vital, we offer evening and weekend appointments so you can be seen sooner.

Our hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Appointment availability changes week to week. Check online booking for current openings, or call (204) 560-2999. Holiday hours may differ.

Why weekend and evening physio helps

  • Earlier advice: getting assessed sooner means you know what you are dealing with and what you can safely do.
  • Less time off work: evening and weekend visits fit around a full-time job or school.
  • Easier follow-up: regular follow-up appointments are easier to keep when they fit your schedule.

When to go to emergency instead

Physiotherapy is not an emergency service. Go to an emergency department or call 911 for a suspected broken bone, a dislocated joint, a head injury with confusion or vomiting, chest pain, new numbness or weakness, or loss of bladder or bowel control. For urgent advice outside clinic hours in Manitoba, you can also call Health Links - Info Santé at 204-788-8200 or toll-free at 1-888-315-9257, 24 hours a day.

Booking your first visit

You can book physiotherapy in Manitoba without a doctor's referral, although some insurance plans ask for one before reimbursing visits. We offer direct billing to many insurers. For a collision or workplace injury, bring your MPI or WCB claim number if you have one.
